I found an incorrect price or opening time

Let us know which card is wrong and what changed. Once we’ve confirmed and fixed it, your next pack is free.

How do refunds work?

Paid destination trips are a digital service. You may withdraw within 14 days after purchase without giving a reason. Overlap’s 14-day full-refund guarantee means we will not deduct for use before withdrawal. Use the Withdraw / refund function (two confirmation steps) or email us.

How are custom trips delivered?

After scope and payment are agreed, we deliver a hosted private-trip link by email to the purchase address. Delivery is within 48 hours after we receive the second completed quiz code (or within 48 hours of payment if the agreed scope has no quiz step).

I lost my quiz code

For manual code mode, we cannot retrieve a lost code because it stays in your browser. In a private trip, request a fresh secure access email and reopen the trip.
