I found an incorrect price or opening time

Let us know which card is wrong and what changed. Once we’ve confirmed and fixed it, your next pack is free.

How do refunds work?

You have 14 days after purchase to get a full refund, no reason needed — even if you’ve already used the pack. Email us or use the withdrawal form.

I lost my quiz code

For manual code mode, we cannot retrieve a lost code because it stays in your browser. In a private trip, request a fresh secure access email and reopen the trip.

When will my city be available?

Use a destination’s “Get notified” button. It records one aggregate vote and separately stores your email only for a single launch notification. Remove my notification email.
